Prior to new sales leadership being swapped out in August of 2022, the SCW sales team was excellent. However, this is no longer a place I’d recommend working. Non-sales leadership has historically been weak at SCW which is still true today. The best part about working here is you get to sell a best in class product with a significant amount of demand and strong product market fit.

Constant changes in leadership, poor product direction when it comes to AI. People aren't investing in building developer manual coding skills when everything is moving to copilot. Most new deals now are laggards.
