Just a number and they push you to write bad business or be penalized to earn less per sale, been here 5 years making around 180k to 200k a year as top agent. It’s not a bag job but I think the healthcare industry as a whole is changing and there is gonna be less opportunity to sell

Pretty horrible. Clients can be ruthless because they are old and sad. Management is incentivized to pay you less.
