Current Employee Owned by Carrier, a publicly traded company so things are very corporate. Everyone treats you well and being the market leader, sales is easier. The actual commission % is very low compared to others, but almost everyone hits quota and you inherit accounts that allow you to begin making commission in the first 3 months
