However, with the downturn of market, constant layoffs every month, quiet layoffs too (where they do not announce it in company announcements, find out by word of mouth, not seeing ppl in office) Lots of politics, even saw AE's who have been there for YEARS and doing good (closed many deals ) get kicked out, when the rookie gets kept, despite them both closing about the same $$ that quarter. In other words, if you are a senior or about to be senior, and want a PROMOTION, and you have a slightly higher base than someone else, you may be expendable despite your GREAT performance. Lots of change in MGMT recently, low morale... Training wise, was not good. Kind of just go on the go by reaching out to others and learning, but overall w exception of last 2 quarters in this bad market, it was genuinely good (no micro manage, great co workers, great life-work balance)
