My over all experience was disappointing. The Sales metrics are not obtainable for the industry and Franchise owners don’t like to pay earned bonus’. Owners consistently “move the goal posts” and change quotas because they can’t stand paying out. Most bonus’ are dispersed quarterly and I have personally seen Management try to get sales reps to quit so they forfeit their commissions before they collect. While also keeping the built book of business.

Love the company love my team , however we are one of the most expensive and we struggle in various vertices due to pricing issues . I brought in over 125 referrals but only converted 58% once the bid is in it’s not really something I control
