Current Employee Our quotas have increased drastically since the acquisition. Leadership has been delayed in cleaning up our CRM to ensure we have an accurate TAM to address quotas with the right information. The NN team only had 20% of reps who hit quota last year, and the tenure on the sales team is roughly greater than three years of experience.
