Current Employee The market I worked in was losing market share to competitors due to poor reviews and falling public trust. Location leadership was subpar, and did not have a substantive plan to address the loss in market share.
Other locations owned by SCI did not support the primary location, or refer opportunities to us.
The corporate side of things was not terrible, and all of the senior sales leadership I interacted with knew what they were doing.
