Former Employee Big machine, very diverse in culture and backgrounds as a very strong positive. Trouble shaking off pure BPO badge, but working hard at it. Senior leadership circle is extremely tight and in lock step, they shed anything poisonous to the business. Sometimes struggle to get field alignment with new and emerging product groups due to legacy roi and evolving business models. Benefits less than expected due to such large employee base and need to control cost. Next 200 leaders invited monthly or quarterly to global all hands. Truly a global company with great visibility into every type of business. Seasoned pros at contracting and margin analysis.
