My experience is that Shaw is one of the strongest in the flooring industry, but they are losing market share to big box based from their reliance on local specialty retailers. They seem to strongly care for their sales employees, but often the corporate initiatives/decisions are made with little input from the field team.

Amazing company to start your sales career with. Good training program. Compensation package use to be very adventurous for high preforming reps.
