Former Employee3.9Aug 19, 2023My overall experience was good. SW provides a lot of training and baseline knowledge to give employees the tools to succeed. Very healthy bonus structure. Can be a good ol’ boys club at times. If you want to promote you must be willing to move every few years to different markets.
