Overall decent company , expectations are unreal, upper management wasn’t the best , didn’t give help in the branch locations when needed. Base pay is alright , minimum 48 hour work weeks while salaried

My experience at Sherwin Williams was full of growth and development. Lead Gen (CRM), was very helpful at tracking leads and following the recommended steps within the sales process. Commission is paid quarterly and yearly. Reps are given company vehicles for travel (With company credit card).
