Current Employee My experience at Sift was disappointing due to several poor hiring decisions at the executive and management levels. There was a clear trend of nepotism, as individuals were brought in who had previously worked together, leading to favoritism in the distribution of accounts among too many AEs. Unfortunately, some of these hires are no longer with the company.
Despite this, I found the solution to be highly valuable to our customers and successfully closed several significant accounts in a short time. However, no success can compensate for a toxic and unprofessional work culture, which ultimately influenced my decision to leave. Browse Other Reviews
