Sift was a good company at first, but is headed in the wrong direction of where the fraud market is going. Leadership is slow to adapt to the market and has an unrealistic goal of what's going on here. For AEs, compensation is lackluster and not at all "what the market is paying" as what they will say. Do your due diligence before you come

It was great, just wish management was more involved in training… need leaders who know to sell and teach it. Love the product, great work/life balance
