Disappointed in Quota setting as well as compensation for the SDR role. No one is hitting full quota consistently month over month. Also, now move to Outbound only which will also be an unrealistic quota. Hopeful that new direct leadership will improve outbound production but not hopeful higher leadership will make necessary quota adjustments to keep motivation up on the SDR team.
