Current Employee My overall experience has been valuable from the perspective of learning a new industry and some complex software. I’ve also had the incredible privilege of working with some of the largest accounts in the US and across the globe, and to meet some amazing colleagues.
They continue to reduce compensation, and will let people go if they don’t ramp quickly. There’s very little training so you have to speak up and get involved if you want to learn.
The CEO and C suite is a joke. They are completely out of touch. And they don’t care about anyone, at all. And they make it very clear in every all hands that you’re lucky to be with the company, not the other way around.
They do not value DEI at all and could care less about your unique gifts and talent. If you don’t drink the kool-aid, you’re gone.
