Current Employee The more you sell, the less money you make on each deal. You start fresh each quarter, so large deals are forgotten about quickly. They use intentionally confusing calculations to ensure they can pay you as little as possible in commission. The micromanaging is also excruciating - their only measurement of productivity is daily call volume.
