Current Employee Will not recommend constant fight between agents in the US losing your leads to agents in the Philippines daily battles. But there’s a lot of perks great benefits do to Royal carribean Group but I been here before silver sea was purchased by Royal, good money a lot of lead back then only way to really make any here is is being a Vet the hourly is terrible. Due to not being able to receive inbound/outbound like before everyone’s. Pay Litterally got cut in half guys here used to make over 250 easy now high 80s is the Norm Plus managers and coaches are always terrible to the new guys well there just terrible in General everybody attitude is terrible big difference from when everyone was in port of Miami and got moved to the middle of no where in Weston
