Former Employee My overall experience was mixed. While I loved my team and started out strong, the company was purchased by PE and didn’t do a good job maintaining the brand or improving the product through innovation. We didn’t invest into AI and lost market share to companies that were more focused on innovation. At a certain point telling people they didn’t need innovation, when our product costed the same as innovative competition, didn’t really land. Eventually, the entire sales team resigned when they RIF’d most of marketing and technical support.
