Simpplr was a great company to build my career, overall it was a positive experience. My critique, after 5+ years there across 4 teams, is that the sales cycle can drag on and the product is still looked at as a "nice to have." Leadership support is good mostly at the VP level, but there can be multiple product and pricing/packing changes too frequently, which made it difficult to sell in a consistent way.

While the product itself is great, the organization is a bit of a mess. Leadership keeps making internal changes that affect the ability to sell to prospects and align internal resources. Not a ton of focus on feedback from leadership on areas to improve. More processes that create non-revenue focused work vs. actual selling. Leadership changes are constant.

Solid culture, great onboarding and training program, exec leadership is untrustworthy and picks favorites based on tenure. Produce or goodbye. Many sales support teams are sub par and complicate deals.
