Former Employee Incredibly micro managed, comp structure changes on a whim, absolutely no culture (company wide meetings on a friday at 4-6 PM before a long weekend is a regular occurence, they want to make sure everyone is working to the last minute). There is no trust and everything you do is double checked and you spend even more time on deals that is completely unnecessary. Year end bonuses are promised but then taken away at the last minute.
