100% commission based role. Must hit minimum revenue and/or closing rate in order to keep your contract. Fast-paced growth-minded company. Hustle culture. Really fun people to work with, but the grind never stops. Almost impossible to take time off without having your business suffer. Must always be available to your clients to be successful. Leads are provided to you, but the quality of those leads is highly variable.

There's always people in the office, fun events going on, you are given leads, and occasional (every two months or so) there are incentives where you can earn awesome items based on your monthly revenue!
