While Professional Dev and Training can be improved, this is a very solid place to work with great opportunities. Head Count around 110. Wouldn't be surprised to see significant rev and headcount growth over the next 2-3 years.

Current Employee4.0Oct 10, 2025Smarty is a great place to work. Employee retention is solid due to great benefits and a nontoxic environment. The pay could be better elsewhere, but you would likely have to sacrifice culture and work-life balance. Most people are genuinely happy here.
