Seems like the sales organization has taken a turn for the better. A few of the recent moves signal that the organization is getting its head on straight. I would have said in the summer this is a sinking ship but with the last few promotion the future looks brighter. Do they have product market fit or is the market ready is still up for debate

Very smart technical team, but long term the fear is that other competitors will reduce licensing prices and simplify professional services, which is a big challenge for Smile.
