My overall experience was positive. Middle management and the field sales team genuinely care about each other and their successes. Upper management is out of touch and continuously making changes to comp, etc.

The best part about this job is that you’re given a ton of freedom to run your territory the best way you see fit. In my experience, the role is challenging as there are now other competitors in the space who offer the same product for 80% cheaper.

Snap is full of genuinely good people, and the day-to-day is pretty cool. The compensation plan is lacking, however, especially if you don't live in a large city. Perfect entry-level sales job.

It was an OK gig. They need to reimburse more for gas, and are in an extremely competitive market where there are many alternatives.
