Former Employee3.1Nov 27, 2023Inside sales rep selling to the Snap-On dealers. A lot of effort. Not a lot of pay.
Current Employee2.0Feb 28, 2024it was ok. poor management, poor leadership, all on your own for everything
Former Employee2.6Aug 23, 2024Overall the corporate structure was okay and the initial training I received was decent. You spend a week getting a firehose of generic training information and a small amount of information regarding the products. I spent 6 months getting to the bottom of my territory before realizing there was not any long term potential at the position.
