The company has gone through a lot of internal changes recently, including multiple rounds of layoffs, which has affected overall morale and team structure. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of clarity around the compensation and commission model. There’s no formal documentation or consistent structure explained upfront, and the payout process is frustrating. Even when a customer signs a contract, you don't earn commission until the product is physically delivered—which can delay your earnings significantly.
