Former Employee My advice: Stay away. Far, far away. They have a solid set of solutions, they fit the market well, and they pay above average. The pay, however, is to make up for an incredibly toxic culture that is fostered by the leadership at the top of the company. Everyone learns to tolerate the "talking tos" and the company-wide dress downs that employees have to endure, and while some can deal with it, others can't. The CEO is a glorified sales leader, and his mentality is "if this isn't done exactly the way I think it should be done, I'm going to let you all know how poorly I think you're doing your job." There are too many other companies and opportunities out there for anyone to seriously consider working here. 'Nuff said.
