Former Employee My overall experience is based on Solera buying out the company I had worked at for 13 + years. The upper management team made changes without fully understanding what we sold, and our overall processes, so my experience may be different compared to others. The changes made did not reflect well on the overall customer experience. Goals were increased by 50% or more, without any additional resources or support, that was initially promised. Hopefully things get better there.
