The product they offer delivers strong value. However, the market is highly competitive, particularly given the rapid pace of technological advancements. One of the main challenges we encounter is the quality of their customer service.

It's challenging... Solera could be great in the trucking space but none of the systems talk to each other yet. It was extremely difficult to establish a territory with a revolving door of middle/senior management. I hope it gets better for future reps because the technology in parts use to be great. Solera leadership is the problem. The solutions are solid, but the company gutted the support staff and main sources of knowledge so it’s not innovating or providing decent customer support to the loyal customers from the SmartDrive/Omnitracs acquisition.
