Former Employee When things were going well for the company, culture was great. As the economy started to decline and other orgs were trying to consolidate tech stack, Spekit became a nice to have and not a need. Due to the slowdown in interest, obviously sales team wasn’t hitting anywhere close to their numbers. Instead of trying to help the reps do better, they started making cuts left and right. Culture took a nose dive. They then brought on new vp of sales who is all talk and no action. Supposed to be one of the best but is a pretty lousy leader to individual contributors.
