Former Employee Some great people that are supportive and encourage regular coaching and feedback, but as a business they are trying to keep up with the aggressive growth of other leading players in the market such as Payhawk. As a result, leadership are establishing more of a cut-throat environment where everyone needs to be able to hit 100% each quarter and if not, you're simply shown the door. Not ideal for reps that needs > 6 months to adapt and get up to speed to be successful long-term.
