Decent company that has its flaws. Products are solid, people are great, work life balance. Cons are lack of leadership direction, consistent changes that are rapid, not investing in proper tools, lack of enablement, come across as cheap from time to time.

Good product and mostly nice people to work with, but senior management team leaves a lot to be desired. They are quick to blame the most junior employees for missed goals rather than look at their overall sales strategy and operations.
