Leadership has been making a real push to grow the business. Too early to tell if it's too late. In my opinion if revenue isnt up 20% YoY many leaders will leave for other opportunities.

Great people but very little clarity on execution and internal communication. Hard to sell because it's a nice to have product, leadership in Europe is out of touch with the US market. Low morale on teams for a long time, empty promises and lack of diversity.

Overall Staffbase is a great place to work. Very collaborative environment and a great product that solves problems for internal communicators. The only downside is that the sales cycle can be a bit longer sometimes (6-12 months)
