Not many people are hitting goal on the Straumann size. Quotas have been a mess for years often times not being published to the team until the year has started, even months in. Neodent the value segment implant brand bought by Straumann group has it own reps, management, quotas and territories. There are supposed to be rules of engagement but Neodent reps are breaking them with the help of their senior leaders. Cannibalizing the premium market and screwing Straumann reps.

At first it seemed like the company cared but then they just threw new training after new training after new training with little support. There's a lack of management that cares. Then they up and got rid of everyone because "they can't afford to keep us on" so they decided to hire outside in Costa Rica to supplement the staff as it costs less to outsource. Very...Read More
