Subsplash is a wonderful company to work for. Leadership holds the employees to a high standard, but they do everything they can to equip them for success. Base compensation for the sales roles are a little low, but high performers have ample opportunity for promotions.

i liked the mission of the company. Personally the management is inconsistent. Went 9 weeks without a meeting 1:1 with my manager. The organization needs restructuring. Multiple incidents with woman being mistreated and little to nothing being done about it.

Subsplash has been mostly good, the culture is great, the pay is not so great compared to other SAAS companies. The remote culture is pretty good. There is some corporate stuff that gets annoying, but that's going to be anywhere. It's interesting selling to churches where you incorporate a spiritual element into your conversations.
