If you are a potential rep looking to join, avoid at all cost unless you want to lose hair. First-time founders who have no idea what they are doing. Internally, the company is a mess, with layoffs year after year, rehiring and firing, change in direction, change in product. Only point to give is they pay decent

In spite of fast start and good sales numbers, they went through 3 rounds of layoffs and let go most of their sales staff. Did not seem like they understood how to properly manage their company.
