Former Employee I loved the vision, management and enthusiasm! But not the payout.
Sales are outbound, door-to-door B2B with SMBs. If you're serious, you'll get equity within a few months. The product is actually good! Every week you get group meetings and one-on-ones to celebrate success of a remote team. THEY GROW FAST! I felt good talking about their solution because it genuinely helps. They promote fast too.
Cons:
Although there are a few senior sales people, I haven't seen many employees that got anywhere near OTE. Sales were few and well-celebrated, which on one hand is good for the morale, but not great if you want to make money. Money is hard earned and you have to be on top of your game to make over 100k.
