Every sales leader has turned over in less than 9 months. Leadership not open to reality and true feedback. Team does not know how to sell new "products" as they aren't actually tech, but rather selling services. Has become a consultancy shop.

Very disappointing. Sales team has a huge amount of turnover and the leadership is lacking. Teams in US and Europe are fearful of giving feedback as the nail that sticks out gets hammered
