They asked questions like why do you want to work here and what drew you to etc. the typical stuff. I loved the other reviews from other people about the company.

Current Employee5.0Oct 21, 2025SFG is a great company, but a lot of people complain because it is 100% commission. It is a grind, but I know plenty of people who take home 20-40k/month. It is truly running a business in a box and not everybody is cut out for entrepreneurship.
