The product has some serious technical challenges - with over 20 years of bloat, any new functionality is often riddled with bugs, and they are constantly late with releasing things. Lots of micromanagement too.

This company pays a below-average salary. The product is probably the most outdated product on the market and in 2023 none of the account executives hit the target. The highest achieved was 75%. The senior management team is based in Israel and behave in a very aggresive manner to clients.
