System Pavers has recently been purchased by a large investment firm. Cost cutting measures, increased pricing on top of already top-tier pricing and a rollout of probably the poorest functioning sales CRM I’ve ever seen inMicrosoft D365 have all led to increased work hours on my part, decreased commission, and decreased customer satisfaction (followed by decreased referrals). They’ve already lost their number one sales person and several of us in the top 10 have wandering eyes.

Great experience, 100% commission once training is over. Outside sales role, in home appointments with homeowners that are looking to renovate their outdoor living spaces. Not for a beginner salesperson, need to approach with flexibility and creative sales psychology. Most deals will happen on the first visit, setting up for the close starts at "hello".
