Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience with TEKsystems was positive. The company really does build people from the ground up, and there are opportunities to succeed. I was fortunate enough to hit multiple President's Clubs, however, there are a lot of flaws and things that don't work here.
Pros:
- Uncapped commission
- Extremely high earning potential
- Excellent training and development
Cons:
- Lackluster open territories
- Lack of guidance and help from middle management (sink or swim mentality)
- Leadership is out of touch
- Product/Service offering is not strong - tons of competition that are better and cheaper than TEKsystems
- Very strict in-office (5 days a week)
- Minimal work-life balance
- Recruiters that support accounts are usually VERY junior
