Current Employee3.6Dec 28, 2023great for training and good culture, but terrible commission structure. they take 95+% of your money until you are raking in hundreds of thousands for the company due to a sliding commission. loved my team but ultimately most recruiters I knew made around 80-90k which is not very lucrative.

Territory planning for new AMs isn’t as thorough as it should be from a leadership and map planing perspective. There are specific verticals that are definitely better suited to match TEKsystems capabilities and success cases.
