As the sales organization grows more mature the upside to sticking around decreases. Quota goes us, compensations stay's the same, territory gets smaller. High level of nepotism with in the senior sales leadership group.

TeamSnap is a good organization for remote work with uncapped commissions that are achievable. There are growing pains within the organization as it works to better improve the app platform but overall is a solid organization to work for.
