Quotas in new markets were a bit higher than usual. Hard to predict how we will perform in these spaces in our first year selling to them, but I'd imagine we will take that into account more next year.

Product is the best out there for our customers. You have to have experience working in sports to get hired here because we typically use our industry connections to get in the door at new campuses. Culter is good, but not a ton of coaching.

Horrible culture and leadership appears to have no idea what direction to take the company after multiple acquisitions. Products and teams are not meshing as efficiently as hoped.
