Former Employee2.0Feb 14, 2025I was with the company prior to the CRO's exit. The company was in a solid position with him there but it appears many of the same issues exist based on the reviews. Poor executive leadership continues to haunt the company and they do not compensate their sales people well. I would avoid if possible. Following our previous CRO's departure, we recognized the need for strong, stable sales leadership and have recently brought on new leadership from TikTok to lead our Sales team. Under this new leadership, we're implementing significant changes to address the specific issues raised. We're conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure to ensure it properly rewards performance and remains competitive in the market. We recognize that previous experiences may have fallen short of expectations, but we're focused on building a more positive environment where sales professionals can thrive.
