zero work culture, only join if you have no other option and are about to hit rock bottom. They treat all their employees as vendors and exploit the incoming migrant population by offering very low base + incentives. along with long hours and zero policies and procedure in place even there health insurance is rickety.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Neither do they have a decent pay structure, their work life balance is horrible. Open their Wikipedia page and news article to know more about how they treat employees
