Not worth my time hard work. The leadership always put their fav people on the front and never let anyone else speak or share their experience. The leaders would often pass bigger opportunities to reps and change rules for whom they want to succeed and let others fail. Leaders are usually busy in the politics than actually working to help you succeed.
