Because of the company’s brand recognition, there are plenty of daily at-bats. Because of the steady inbound, it is difficult to generate own leads outside of asking for referrals. This will be a constant challenge because new reps often get assigned weaker territories. These territories are great for cutting your teeth but you will have to get creative for quota attainment. Be prepared to spend time in grungy conditions and educating consumers. If you can overcome these frictions, there is a lot of upside.

My experience was horrible. No direction on getting certified and provided us outdated books of the certification material. Have to work a ton of overtime.

The base salary is extremely under market value for commercial account execs. The sales training is some of the best that I've ever had though.
