Current Employee Often times you will find a high level of competition with pharmaceutical reps. While the organization remains highly competitive, the culture boasts itself in collaboration and team effort. The incentive compensation is not completely transparent, as our targets are distributed to reps from a third-party vendor that often record inaccuracies in prescription data. As far as compliance and sensitive patient data is concerned, it is obvious that this remains the company’s top priority. Whereas in comparison to many of our competitors, this may not be the case. As far as morals and sound judgment is concerned, the organization upholds a high standard.
